There are two ways to finance your CSRT membership:
1. By Cheque or Visa /Mastercard
Mail your renewal form (including your method of payment), to the CSRT Head Office:

If you wish to pay by cheque, please make cheques payable to CSRT.
You may fax your renewal form to (613) 521-4314, only if you wish to pay through Visa or MasterCard
2. Bi-Monthly Debit Plan
Pay your membership in easy monthly instalments directly from your bank account. Send your membership application and a void cheque to the CSRT via mail or fax. Please note that the Debit Plan is only offered to Registered and Associate members.
