New CSRT Board Structure

The CSRT membership voted in June to change the structure of the Board of Directors from an operational board, to one that reflects a board that has a competency/clinical/policy driven structure. The CSRT will strive to fulfill this new profile with regional representation, combined with representation for each area of practice (neonatology, critical care, chronic disease management, anesthesia, education, leadership/management, student, industry). This structure will include the flexibility to add positions for registered members-at-large to fulfill the profile. The maximum number of Board members is ten. Details on this amendment can be found at http://www.csrt.com/en/about/bylaws.asp. There will be a call for nominations in early October.
