  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support: NBCC partners with the New Brunswick Trauma Program to deliver (ACLS) to Respiratory Therapy students at NBCC, as well as medical students, physicians, nurses and other allied health professionals looking to certify in ACLS.
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support/Neonatal Resuscitation Program: NBCC partners with the Department of Pediatrics at the Horizon Health Network to deliver PALS and NRP  to Respiratory Therapy students at NBCC, as well as nurses and other allied health professionals looking to certify in these courses.


Dalhousie University

Dalhousie School of Health Sciences offers a Bachelors of Health Science in Respiratory Therapy.  A 2 year post-diploma degree (60-credit hours) is available to RTs interested in completing a baccalaureate degree and is offered entirely online. Graduates from Respiratory Therapy at St. Clair College are eligible for a new degree completion program at the University of Windsor (Liberal Arts and Professional Studies).
