APPLICATION FORM
RTs who wish to apply for this scholarship must:
be a registered member in good standing of the CSRT;
submit a summary (up to 1000 words) outlining the goals of your program of study, how your professional and educational goals are supported by this scholarship, and how the CSRT and/or RT community may benefit from your completion of this program of study (e.g. how does this work align with the CSRT strategic mandate);
attach evidence of current enrollment in a post-graduate education program (e.g. Masters / PhD level);
attach a letter of support from key program faculty member (e.g. thesis supervisor or program chair);
if applicable, attach relevant research abstract(s);
submit a curriculum vitae;
