This year, during Respiratory Therapy Week, we are inviting CSRT Registered, Associate and Senior Members to complete a brief survey in order to get your feedback on issues that are important to you!
You will earn 1 CE credit for completing the survey.
Complete the survey and be entered into the daily draws for your chance to win one of five daily prizes of $100! One winner will be selected by random draw daily (Monday-Friday) during RT Week. Respondents will remain eligible for each daily draw, so be sure to complete the survey early - the earlier you complete the survey, the more chances you have to win!
The survey opens on Friday, October 18th 2019.
